SOCIAL STRATEGY

Traditional advertising is a thing of the past. No longer can you rely on magazine, radio, and newspaper ads or a flyer you hope will be kept on the fridge. Today, everyone is on social media, and social media is today’s advertising. A brand cannot thrive without it. Not only is it a place to promote what you do, but it is also a place for people to see what you do. It’s a place for the world to understand who you are, to know if you are relevant, and to vet your product or service. Social media is your business card, your resume, and your portfolio.

There are many social media platforms. One can argue the importance of each as they all have value. Certain social platforms may be more beneficial, depending on the type of business you have or where your followers seem to be most active. However, in truth, they all need attention.

What is Social Media Strategy?

A social media strategy defines the goals a brand hopes to achieve on social media.  Some of these things may include audience personas, competitor research, auditing a brand’s current social accounts, setting up social media accounts, creating a social media storyboard of content, brand messaging, content calendar, etc.

At CATCH SOCIAL, creating a social strategy is probably one of our favorite things to do. We pride ourselves on giving you a deep understanding of where your brand stands among its competitors. We analyze what is working and what needs improvement, and we measure that within your business goals. Then, we create a vision board utilizing your brand messaging and a plan to execute.
